Steps to make Palak wrapped chicken pakora:
- First Marinate the small chicken cubes/ pcs with salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Keep it for 30 mins
- No add the onion, ginger garlic and green Chile paste to it. Add salt. Mix them all. Now take the spinach leaf wash it and pat dry it. Make a batter of egg cornflour and madia. Add salt and black pepper powder. It should not be very thin bcoz the spinach needs to be coated in it.
- Now take on leaf put the chicken. Wrap it. Dip it in the batter. In a pan add oil when it get hot put the spinach and fry then in low flame so that the chicken inside gets cooked. Serve it with any type of chutney.
