  15. Take 1 tablespoon rice flour
  16. Get For tampering:
  17. Prepare 6 green chillies
  18. Prepare 8-10 curry leaves
  19. Take 4 cloves chopped garlic
  20. Prepare 2 tablespoon oil
  21. Take For frying:
  22. Take 250 ml oil for frying chicken
  23. Prepare As needed Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing(optional)

In a bowl, mix yogurt, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder. Once you have your chicken marinating, all you need to do is deep fry the chicken before the final cooking. This can actually be done a day or so ahead of serving as the chicken reheats in the pan. I like to serve it as a starter.

Instructions to make Chicken -65:
  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl,add all the ingredients of first marination.Mix well cover the bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add ingredients of second marination.Mix to coat all the pieces into flours.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.When smoking hot add half chicken pieces to oil and deep fry on high- medium flame till golden.
  4. Fry remaining chicken pieces in the same manner.
  5. For tampering heat oil in a pan,lower the flame to medium add garlic and fry till golden.Add curry leaves and longitudinally slit green chillies.Saute.Add chicken,mix.Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
  6. Serve with onion rings and lemon slices.

This can actually be done a day or so ahead of serving as the chicken reheats in the pan. I like to serve it as a starter. Place the pan with oil in which we fried onions. Once the oil is hot, bring the flame to low-medium. Add the chicken pieces one by one to the hot oil.
