- Dum procedure-: Take a flat bottom handi,add some oil all over the base, add the chicken marinade,spread it evenly. Add rice all over the marinade. ¼ tsp add cardamom powder, fried onion, 1tbsp lemon ectract, 8 to 10 mint leaves,coriander leaves, 1tbsp onion flavored oil(oil remained after frying onions), 1tsp ghee, add yellow and red colour. Cover the lid.
- Dum the biryani on high flame for 10min. Dum on low flame for 25 to 30 mins. Biryani is done. Serve the biryani,chicken biryani is ready.
