  2. Marinate it for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil & deep fry the marinated chicken until light golden brown.
  4. Then set a side the chicken.
  5. Place all the ingredients at one place
  6. In an other pan add 1/3 cup oil & add chopped garlic cook until light golden brown.
  7. Now add button red chilli & Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp water & mix well.
  8. Now add salt sugar & black pepper & mix well
  9. Now add white pepper chicken powder & lemon juice & mix it.
  10. Now add ketchup & chilli garlic sauce & mix it.
  11. Now add 2 cup of water.
  12. In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 3 tbsp of water & add into the sauce.
  13. Now add fried chicken & mix well.
  14. In last add 1 tbsp soya sauce & mix it.
  15. Chicken manchurian is ready to eat. Enjoy it with fried rice.
