Boil sesame seeds and poppy seeds together in half a cup of water for five minutes and let it cool. Drain the mixture and grind with coconut to a fine paste, if required add a little water. Boil onion in one cup of water for minutes. How to make pandhra rassa: Wash the skinned pieces of chicken properly and apply the ginger-garlic paste on them thoroughly, set aside.

  1. In a pressure cooker add water sliced onions bone pieces whole garam masala ginger garlic salt.
  2. Cook till 12-15 whistles.
  3. Cool down and strain out water part and blend the other mixture part in a mixer with little water.
  4. Blend well and strain out the chicken water from the mixture using strainer.
  5. Mix both the water extracts and boil together.
  6. Add coconut juice to the boiling mixture. Chk salt
  7. While serving Sqeeze lemon juice and serve hot
