Instructions to make Chicken Stew:

  7. Add tomatoes & salt, stir it again. Increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.
  8. Mix curd & coconut milk, add in the masala. Stir fry it for a while.
  9. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid,cook it till oil separates.
  10. Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli powder, lemon juice & dhania patta, mix well.
  11. Add lil water now, place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame.
  12. Switch off the flame, Allow it to depressurise.
  13. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with slitted green chilli.
  14. Have it with steamed rice.
