  9. Ek pan me oil dal kar isme wholegaram masala dal kar bhoona phir is me onion dal kar sauth karein
  10. Aur mandi masala,green chilli dal achi trah bhoona phir is chicken Yakhni aur pani mila kar takreban 4 glass pani dalen,salt,yellow food colour few drop dal kar boil a na dhen phir is rice dal cook karein
  11. Jab rice ka pani dry ho Jay to raisins,dry whole lemon dal dum lagay 10 minutes
  12. Phir rice me fry whole chicken rak kar is me coil garam kar k smook dhen.
  13. Chicken mandi ready. And serve with mandi Chutney/ salads and lemon slice.
