  4. Before frying:Coat each piece with vermicelli (sewaiyan) and keep on a plate
  5. Frying: Heat enough oil in a deep pan and put the chicken pieces one by one in the oil.Fry them in high for 3 min and on medium flame for another 3 min.Take them out on a paper towel to soak the excess oil.
