Add cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper crushed and mix well. Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken and fry until its golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, and salt. While the chicken is cooking, mix the yogurt, black pepper, cumin and coriander.

- Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, lemon juice and karahi masala for 30 mins.

- Heat oil, fry onion for a minute then add marinated chicken. Fry for 3, 4 mins and add half cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.

- When meat becomes tender and oil separates add whole green chilli, ginger julienne and fresh cream.
- Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 mins then add green coriander and remove.
- Garnish with more green chillies and ginger. Serve with salad and nan.
