  5. After drumsticks have been marinating for 2hours, add drumsticks and sauce to baking dish with butter, and place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. After drumsticks have been baking for 30 minutes, turn on the broil and broil for 5-8 minutes until drumsticks are at desired crispiness.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and Creole seasoning. Place chicken in a broiler pan. Season the chicken on all sides with the Creole seasoning. Cut the butter into bits and scatter it over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
