- Get 1/2 kg For chicken gravy::: Chicken boneless

- Take Brown onion as required

- Take 2 slices Lemon
- Take Ginger cut in julians Spaghetti fried as required
- Take Crushed red pepper as required
- Get Boiled eggs 2 chopped
- Make ready Slims chips as required
- Make ready Fried samosa patti as required
- Prepare Chat masala
- Get For Karhi:: onion 2tbs chopped
- Get Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Take Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water Red Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Take Salt Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water

Steps to make Chicken Karhi Khao Suey:
- Method for Chicken gravy: - Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes. - Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices fry little more. - Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes. - Then add coconut milk. - cooked the chicken till tenderais and the gravy.
- Method for karhi: - Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown. - Then add ginger,garlic paste and all ingridients stir fry well. - Now add coconut milk powder and 1 cup water cooked well. - In last add paste of roasted gram and cooked till karhi in thick form…
- For servings take a bowl put in boiled spaghetti. - Then add chicken curry on boiled spaghetti.. Karhi and sprinkle all garnishing ingridients one by one. - Serve with hot and crispy french fries and fried samosa patti…..πππEnjoy
