- Wash the chicken and for marination,take a pan add dry whole spices in it and roast it,then in a grinder jar add all the whole spices,add coriander leaves, ginger,garlic,chilli,onion,2 tbsp lemon juice and grind it to make a fine paste.
- Then take a chicken and make cuts mark on it and add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.Marinate it with green paste and keep it aside for minimum 20 minutes or 1 hour.
- Then after 1 hour take a pan add oil and fry these marinated chicken in a small batches for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add the spice mix water from the jar and the marinated mix in these fried chicken and cook it for 15 minutes with covered lid.Keep turning the chicken pieces so as to cook from all sides.Serve this authentic chicken cafreal hot.Enjoy ๐๐๐
