- Prepare Tilapia
- Get lemon
- Get sazon goya seasoning
- Get Mccormick kickin chicken seasoning
- Prepare Italian seasoning
- Take paprika
- Take salt and pepper
- Take extra virgin olive oil
Then use a fine mesh strainer to sift and sprinkle the seasoned flour evenly over the fish, flipping to coat both sides. In a large frying pan, melt butter on a med heat. Begin by seasoning both sides of each filet and cutting the first lemon into slices to lay on top of each filet. Squeezing half a lemon over each side as it cooks.

- Defrost fish if frozen and pat dry
- Season fish with sazon goya seasoning, Mccormick kickin chicken seasoning, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt and paper
- Heat sauté pan with olive oil on medium high
- Place fish and let cook in olive oil flipping once for 8 minutes
- Take out fish and drain pan of olive oil.
- Place fish back into pan and squeeze 1 entire lemon on to fish in pan.
- Place pan on low heat setting and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Garish with cut up cilantro and lemon slices
Begin by seasoning both sides of each filet and cutting the first lemon into slices to lay on top of each filet. Squeezing half a lemon over each side as it cooks. Once the first side has turned golden, turn over and cook on the other side. Season tilapia filets generously with salt and pepper, then dip each in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour. Place on a clean plate or baking sheet.
