- Make ready 1 green chilli
- Make ready To taste salt
- Get 2 tbsp refined oil
- Get 1 tsp ghee
- Prepare 1 cup water

- Marinate chicken with little salt and lemon juice for half hour.Slice onion very finely.Make a paste of curd, cashewnuts,ginger garlic paste,turmeric and red chilli powder.Dry roast cumin,bay leaves,whole garam masalas,dry red chillies and grind to a powder.Reserve in airtight container.Heat oil and fry sliced onion till lightly brown.Add chicken and toss.Now add the ground paste, coriander and 1 tsp roasted ground masala.Add salt to taste.Fry till masala coats chicken.Add fresh cream.
- Fry well and add 1 cup water.Cook on low flame till chicken is done or pressure cook 2 whistles.Open lid and sprinkle chopped coriander and mint leaves.Garnish with fresh cream,sliced onion and split green chilli.
