Make a paste of corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and baking powder using water. Dry Red Chilli Chicken This Asian style chilli chicken is cooked with two main ingredients - soy sauce and dry red chillies. I have used Kashmiri dry red chillies as they have a nice flavour and a very low spicy heat. You could use any other dry chilli which is not too hot.
Steps to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
- For marination. Take chicken pieces into a bowl in that add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice & ginger garlic paste mix well. Cover it & let it sit for 15 to 20 mins.
- Then in a pan add 2 tbsp oil. Fry these marinated chicken pieces into low to medium flame until change it's colour.
- Now take them out. Keep a pan with 1 tbsp of oil. After heat up add chopped garlic, green chilies, grated ginger saute them for 30 sec.
- Now add cubes onion, yellow, red, orange, green bell peppers cook for 1 min. Let them be crunchy in taste. Then add fried chicken.
- Keep your flame on high. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 pinches of salt. Mix everything well.
- Now add chopped coriander leaves..give them a final mix. Switch off the flame. Serve hot and enjoy.
